General Information

 

Contributions to ISEEE'2017 will be presented either as a lecture or as a dialogue form. A manuscript in both cases must be submitted in English for inclusion in the Symposium Proceedings. Acceptance of contributions will be based on the full paper.

Proceedings
All the papers of the ISEEE 2010, 2013' Symposiums have been indexed by Scopus and ISI (Thomson Reuters).
Conference proceedings will be submitted for posting to IEEE Xplore

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

May 31 June 20:  Special session proposals based on the set of the abstracts of the papers.

June 20 July 3:  Notification of special sessions acceptance and further details.

June 20 August 15: Submission of full ordinary paper proposals (recommended 4 or 6 pages) as pdf or MS Word files

June 20 September 10: Notification of acceptance/rejection.

September 21 September 28:  Registration form.

September 24 October 1:  Camera-ready version (4 or 6 pages) of the accepted papers

Social activities

The social activities will include: Welcome cocktail, Banquet, Trip on Danube River.

  • Each paper must be registered by registering one of authors at least;
  • Each participant should register by sending the filled registration form and a copy of the payment form to: iseee@ugal.ro ;

    • Early registration fees: 200€  before September 28, 2017 and  300 € after September 28, 2017. The fees covers the Symposium CD Proceedings, up to two technical papers as the main author, access to the professional development tutorials and exhibitions, coffee breaks, lunches during the full symposium days, dinner, and social events.

    • Student registration fees:  100 € before September 28, 2017 and  150 € after September 28, 2017. The above mentioned reduced fee for students will be considered (50%) for one paper, if they are the first authors. The registration fees include the admission to the Symposium sessions, a copy of the Symposium Proceedings, access to the professional development tutorials, coffee breaks, lunches during the full symposium days, Welcome cocktail, and Banquet.

    The fee for SPECIAL SESSIONS is 200 €. It covers an extended number of pages for each paper (up to 10 pages), special assistance from organizers, proceedings, CD-ROM, Lunch, Banquet, Coffee Breaks and social activities;

    A special price will be offered by the Vega and Faleza Hotels based on the ISEEE2017 code mentioned in the signed registration form.

     

    The IEEE members will benefit from reduced registration fee.

    Conference registration fees will be reduced for IEEE members according to the following rule: 10% reduction of the conference fee

     Waiver of fees will be granted for one Phd Student and for one paper (registered as IEEE student member) based on request between 15-20 September.   Reduced fees are taken into account for retired members, and for special registrants.

     

    Notes

    1) On the bank payment form as payment details please indicate the author name and the paper ID.

    2) Authors should send a scanned copy of the bank payment form and the completed registration form to the ISEEE 2017 Secretariat (iseee@ugal.ro).

    3) For each paper at least one of the authors has to be registered before September 28th, 2017 in order to include the paper in the Conference Program.

    4) Conference fee does not include bank charges. Payments in RON must be done in accordance with the current EUR/RON exchange rate.

    5) Students are defined as full-time students, enrolled for degrees or diplomas with a university or another similar institution. Registration as a Student requires an Official Letter stating that the registered person is a full-time Ph.D. student. This  letter  should  be  sent  to  the  ISEEE 2017 Secretariat - iseee@ugal.ro.

    6) IEEE Member should send a scanned copy of the valid IEEE membership card to the ISEEE 2017 Secretariat (iseee@ugal.ro).

    7) All cancellations must be made by writing to the ISEEE 2017 Secretariat (iseee@ugal.ro).

    Cancellations received before October 1st, 2017 are fully refundable minus a 40€ processing and administration charge. Cancellations received after October 1st, 2017 are non-refundable. No refunds will be accepted if requested after October, 10th, 2017. All refunds will be done after the Conference. The registered person can be replaced by the other. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
